We won the European Super Cup
On this day in 1980 we won the European Super Cup. It was the second leg of a two-leg final against none other than Barcelona. After a 1-0 win the first leg at the City Ground (where Charlie George scored his only Forest goal) we held on for 1-1 draw at the Nou Camp to become Super Cup winners of Europe.
