TOWNSEND THORESEN TOURNAMENT
This pre-season tournament was organized by PSV Eindhoven and played at their ground. Forest competed in the 1983-84 tournament where we lost on penalties in the first game and then came fourth overall. Out of four! PSV probably wished they hadn't made the final though...they got thumped 0-5 by Brugge.
